What are the types of X-rays?

Standard Computed Tomography (CT)

CT is often used to diagnose circulatory system problems such as blood vessel aneurysms, blood clots and coronary artery disease.

It is the first diagnostic procedure used to evaluate the urinary tract. It is performed to visualize the abdomen or organs and structures of the urinary and gastrointestinal tract.

Dental X-ray

It is the fastest and easiest way to assess bone fractures, injuries and joint abnormalities.

Chest X-ray

It is a method of visualizing the bones, tissues and organs in the chest area. It helps diagnose symptoms such as shortness of breath, fever, chest pain and persistent cough.

Lung X-ray

In this X-ray, the upper, middle and lower regions of the lungs are evaluated by comparing the two lungs with each other. If there is asymmetry in the images, it is decided which side is abnormal and treatment is planned.

Abdominal X-ray

It is an imaging method of the structures and organs inside the abdomen (small and large intestines, liver and stomach). It is one of the first tests to find the cause of symptoms such as nausea, stomach pain, vomiting and bloating.
